How to get NXT to send to Emails Previously Hard Bounced - HELP!

EDIT: Client reached out to their email provider and then Blackbaud to get the emails unblocked. Thank you for your time!

Emails going to the orgs employees hard bounced in the past, and I don't know how to get them off the NXT whitelist so that the system will send them emails again. These are working emails that are currently receiving mail. The Error was “Unknown User”. How do I resolve this?

  • @Page JonesWhile these may be "working emails", the reason for them being rejected is on the other end with the organization who may have something in place to not accept such emails.

  • @Page Jones I am not sure if this might be any helpful. There is an “opt-in” option in NXT where you could send an email to a constituent allowing them to “opt back in” which might remove it from the hard-bounced list. It is under Marketing → Email → (Setting icon) → Email Options → Opt-in.
