Embedded iframe form - blocked cookies in Chrome, Edge etc

We've been testing an embedded form with our client's site, seemed well until we started testing submissions. In Chrome and Edge browsers, we're seeing an error ‘You must enable cookies for this web site to function properly’.

On closer inspection, it seems that the cookies are getting blocked for the iframe, due to same-site origin definition issues.

Has anyone managed to work around this?

When testing in Firefox it seems to work as expected, no errors and the donation's get processed.

I'm not a coder so I am not going to be much help here. I do know that Chrome made some changes regarding iframes a year or so ago. This link might help.
