Changing menu of donation form/unsubscribe

I've been having some difficulty with editing a donation form. The donation form my organization is in need of editing. It hasn't been updated for a long time, and I don't know where to edit the header/menu! The form itself is fine, but the menu needs to be fixed. My associate said that I would need access to Pagewrapper to edit the menu. I only have access to Luminate Online, and I'm not sure where Pagewrapper exists. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

In this same vein, I need to change the ‘update preferences/unsubscribe’ screen, and I can't find out where to do this.

One more question - how does someone go about embedding a donation form in their website directly rather than the donation form opening to a new screen? Any help would be appreciated.

@Megan Maher you can find which PageWrapper your donation form using these steps:

1. Login to Luminate and go to Fundraising → Donation Management.
2. Luminate defaults to searching by Campaign, so you will need to choose All Donation Forms on the tabbed secondary menu.
3. Go/Find to the donation form you want to update. Once you find it, click Edit in the Actions column.
4. On the left menu, click, 3. Design Donor Screens.
5. Again on the left menu, find Related Actions and click Customize Look and Feel.
Now you will see the Donation Form Wrapper information. Item 1. will, most likely, have Default Page Wrapper selcted from the dropdown. Item 2. will show the page wrapper. The radio button could be set to Use the default Page Wrapper, which will give you some info or the second radio button will be selected and the name of the wrapper being used will be shown. Additionally, it will show what the Default Page Wrapper is.

Now you can go to the top menu and go to Setup -> PageWrapper Editor.

Once you get to that page, you will be able to search for the PageWrapper you found in the previous steps. Once you find the one you are looking for, you can click Manage Versions. This will take you to a Version list of the PageWrapper. If only one version appears, click Copy in the Actions column and name it the same as the one you are copying and make it <name of version - v2> so you know that is the one you will be working in. Once that is done, now the edit link should appear in the Actions column for that version. You can always Preview the PageWrapper to make sure you are editing the right one.

This is where you will need some HTML/CSS skills to make your changes. If they are just copy changes, then you should be good to go.

FYI: PageWrappers will be applied to other donation forms, so just make sure when making changes, you are cool with it happening across many forms.

If you want to update the wording of the interests section, you can navigate to Constituent360>Interests. If you would like to make any other changes such as adding wording or titles, etc., you should contact Blackbaud Support or your Customer Success Manager directly as the changes may require professional services.

Luminate Online/TeamRaiser donation forms don't offer a javascript to embed their donation forms, but they do offer script to embed donate buttons that will lead to your donation form. This script is found on the Publish step of your donation form. If you would like to embed a donation form on your site and you have Raiser's Edge NXT then you can follow the steps to set-up a form and it will lead you to the script to embed the form on your site.
