Recurring Batches not showing up after being committed

Hello! I have been committing recurring batches for 2 years without a problem. Just had the accountant from fiscal come to me saying one of the recurring batches I submitted to her is not showing up to pull across and post. Any idea why and/or how to fix? I can't re-pull up the committed batch because it's recurring. How do we find it? Gifts are listed in the donors history, so it IS made.

  • @Dana Burton Thank you Dana! I did end up having to contact support and after many many minutes of back and forth, it WAS fixed, however neither I, nor the support tech really understand how/what happened and how it was fixed. Definitely a mystery!

  • @Alicia Valtierra So glad you were able to get it resolved! I've had other issues pop up (like split gifts being exported wrong!) that I am hoping RE is able to fix soon. Technology is great when it works as it should. LOL
