Somehow we are at week 3 already (and it's October!!!)

Part 1 - Form usage. Now that you've had time to create forms, take some time to put thoughts down on paper (ie - reply to this post or to my email) for where this form may fit into your online giving strategy, and if not, why.

A) Will you take an optimized form live this year?
If yes, for what purpose/campaigns? Main giving page? How will you direct donors to it? (Email, website, social)
If no, why not? What feature is required for you to use it this year?

B) Where do you see optimized form fitting in to your 2024 online giving?

Part 2 - I mentioned at kickoff that we would also be testing some internal processes around the new “product” for Online Giving. Starting tomorrow, if you have any specific question about Online Giving and optimized form, you can now reach out to Customer Support! For this task:
1. Check to make sure that Online Giving is a category for you to choose from and report back if it wasn't available for you. (Note: this should be available for you starting tomorrow.)
2. Optional: Create a case, tell the analyst you are part of the EAP and that the case just needs to be set to close.
