Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend away from the office!

This week we have some assigned tasks and one office hour session on Wednesday at 12 ET/9PT.

This week's tasks dive us deeper into testing and embedding our optimized forms.

1. Create a new form in test mode. Use the preview or the "Copy URL" hosted option to run through the entire donor workflow. (Note: Use test credit card number of 4111 1111 1111 1111, any expiration date in the future, and any 3 digit security code. Or you can alternatively choose to use Google Pay which recognizes the test mode.)

1a. If possible, choose to embed the form in your website by placing a link or image that launches the form on a test website page. Otherwise use the "Copy URL" button to show the hosted form.

2. Change your form to "Create new test records" mode. Use the preview, "Copy URL" hosted option or your embedded link to to run through the entire donor workflow. (Use same test credit card number above or Google Pay.) (Note: this will create constituent and gift records in your RENXT instance.)

2a. If you have access to BBMS, find your test donation in the transactions list.

3. Change your form to "Start accepting donations."

Once you're done with this, jot down any notes - did everything make sense, were there things you weren't quite sure of? You can post any questions or comments here, or hold them until our deep dive session during Wednesday office hours.
