OLX - Registration Details on the notification email

I would like to see registration details on the notification email and I added the ‘Registration details’ merge field in the notification email when setting up the form. But for anonymous purchasers/registrants, it displays as ‘Guest of’ in the email. I don't want it to say ‘Guest of’, is there a way to modify or remove that ‘Guest of’ part from the registration details?
