Downloading Transactions from OLX to a RE Database Batch

Hi - I am working on downloading donations from Online Express to a batch. I was able to link the constituents and download the first transaction. Now, the other 9 transactions won't budge. I waiting a day to see if anything would change and it is still the same. Anyone else having this issue?

@Joanne Mills - Welcome to BB Community! I recommend logging completely out of RE and re-starting your machine. See if that helps.

If you are hosted by Blackbaud, then it is to make sure you LOGOUT of your session on Blackbaud hosting, a search on KB should have an article about that. Restarting your local machine when Blackbaud host your database won't do much.

if by next time (possibly next week) you try and still have issue:

Can you explain what you mean by “won't budge”? When you say first transaction is processed, are you using bulk processing and have all the transaction selected (checkbox checked)?

@Joanne Mills There should be an option to download/process in bulk. I don't have any pending transactions so I can't get into that area to help more, but look for bulk processing and try that.
