Reporting Consultants?

Hello,

We currently have several analytical reports for which we plunk information obtained from various separate reports run from Raiser's Edge into Excel templates. My boss has asked me why we can't create a reports that we can just run as needed, which provide all of the desired information in the desired format. I responded that, while this is outside of the scope of my expertise, maybe there are consultants out there with the level of knowledge that would know if/how we can make this happen.

So, my question to you all is do any of you know of, or have worked with a consultant that can do this?
