Hi everyone! Our prospect management and fundraising teams are going through an exercise to overhaul their metrics and I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to chat with us about their metrics and what they've found most successful for tracking within Blackbaud CRM. Thanks!

    @Elizabeth Fahling - We didn't get any volunteers for a customer spotlight segment on our Sept PAG call, so we are going to use the time for a round table discussion on a couple topics.
