What gives access?

What we really need this to have is a way to find what gives access to particular functions. There needs to be search option that makes sense for what is needed. For example, I have a staff person with lots of access that cannot find a teacher's schedule in Academics > Find Me Now, but I can. There is no “task” that helps me know how to give this to her. When I search Find Me Now, nothing shows up. The new roles and tasks is prettier but as unhelpful as it was before in terms of what is really needed. I need to be able to type in “Find Me Now access” and have something tell me exactly what roles and tasks are must be enabled for that to appear. Not just to find students, but also teachers, since those are different. Assigning what is really needed ought to be much easier.
