Using BBIS and BBCRM for Event Management

Good morning. Is anyone using BBIS and BBCRM for event management? If so, we would love to know how you are using it. Our Office of Development is exploring a better way to manage their events as it is currently done in a tool outside of Blackbaud but someone has to enter the data in Blackbaud after the event. We would like to streamline this process and are interested if anyone else has done this.

    @Jennifer Morell Well, we are certainly doing a lot of events with online registrations in BBIS. We still use the classic event registration form for paid events, and we built a custom part to handle simple event registrations (ie, basically RSVPs for free events).

    Is it really “Event Management"? I guess that depends on your definition of event management.
