Anyone else having issues with query 'one of' since recent MS update?

Options

I have been struggling with criteria of “one of” since last MS update. The paste list function is not working and even using the ‘one of’ criteria with clicking top row and bottom row of window is not pasting in the list of emails I need. I have done this successfully many times before.

I've tried saving the csv file as xlsx, created a new query, used constituent query type and individual query type. Getting a little frustrated that I may have to enter this data manually.

Is this just me? ?

@Alex Wong Creating a constituent and/or individual query with criteria phone one of. I have done it successfully numerous times before using phone and/or email. When using the ‘paste list’ function, I get the pop up about to paste XX records….. then it goes wonky. Operator field jumps through a variety of the available options as it shows various emails. Pastes nothing.

Once in a while it works again but not consistently. The issues started after the recent MS update.

what is this “paste list" function you talking about, is it an external program you using?

I just tried using one-of on phone number with 10 emails copied. working ok for me.

    • copy the emails, 1 per “line”
    • go to phone number criteria, select one-of
    • put input cursor on first row
    • scroll down so you don't see first row
    • then ctrl-v paste

@Alex Wong It's called SMARTPaste plug in - easy and free. Can paste up to 10K

I have been using RE for 13+ years and as I said do this function regularly without issue until recently. I am familiar with the steps you listed.
I just tried a bit ago the RE copy paste worked. That's what it's been like this week.

lol, i thought so. I created a REPaste that myself and team used years ago too, so I figure it is like that. (we still use it occasionally for doing “like” operator, but not much anymore).

If it is a 3rd party thing, then yes, you are subject to quite a lot of possible “drop” or “change” somewhere, glad it's working now.
