never encountered or used one, but we just figure it out when we started.

On Blackbaud YouTube channel, there are short video on how to use OLX. I don't really know if there is a manual or not.

What are you trying to do, the community can provide answer this way to help.

Search the knowledgebase too. IMHO it has become less useful over the years - more cluttered, disorganized, and difficult to find the right search terms - but I know there is information there. I just searched “how to set up online express” and there are quite a few articles about specific topics.

@Joe Moretti I also found a whole PowerPoint presentation that was used in a streaming video from BlackBaud that you can download and includes slides demonstrating hot to “Create your Form.” Thanks.
