Capacity Changes and wait lists

Hi We have just started to use OLX for events , so please forgive if asking something obvious. We are running an event which has reached capacity, and we have some people on a waiting list in case we have any drop outs. The venue have agreed to an increase in capasity but we don't want to reopen as some one not on the list might swoop in an book, is there a way to manipulate this, i.e a secondary form which we could email to those on the list.

@Murray Palmer unfortunately, so far as I know there is not a built in feature like this. One thing you could consider is making the page the form is hosted on a private webpage, reopen the registration form with the new capacity, and then send that private page link to only to those who have contacted you to be added to the waiting list. This way, only people who have that link would be able to register.

Thanks Jaclyn , that is the workaround we used in the end
