Admin View Custom Fields Display Weird

Seen attached screenshot. It's not clear what field's value is being displayed. (It is a field called “tmptmp” that has many instances). It seems to me that the field name should be displayed on every line. Also, it seems to me, in general, the system isn't consistent/coherent about handling these multiple instances of custom fields. [e.g. Advanced lists treat all the instances as one string, when one should be able to address/search for and extract each individual value].
