How to Edit Addressee/salutation

As exhibited below [for student Baez, Kassidy], I can see ‘home salutations’ but I cannot edit them.

  1. why is something displayed there that I cannot edit?
  2. If I go [all the way over :-( ] to Core, I see one of these fields is the “household salutation”; the other is the “formal salutation”. They are labeled “Home Salutations”. Why the new term and exactly what does it mean?
  3. not sure how I edit the salutations

    “Home salutations” was chosen because the salutations shown are for the Home address (if one exists for the user). The goal was to better align with the display of information within RE NXT, but a challenge we've faced is reconciling differences in the way our users and our databases manage address information in BEM. Salutations are still edited with the address in which they were added - the Home address.

    I appreciate your feedback. I anticipate that we will continue to make some adjustments to the 360 contact card, especially as we look to adopt the 360 contact card in Core in the near(ish) future.
