Exporting report into Excel

How do I have a name appear at each gift they give in a month. And not have so many unnecessary excel lines in a report? This is an exported Cash in Monthly report exported to Excel.

@Jenn Layn Unless you have crystal reports and can export to Crysal and modify the report, the best option is probably to export to csv. That will give you a lot of columns you will have to remove but at least it should be on one line.

If you have the authority to modify the crystal report, below are the paths:

To show Name Field on each line: Design>>details>>chose the name field>>right Click on the field>>Format Field>>Common>>Unclick "Suppress if Duplicated.

To delete an extra line in the report: Design>>details>>Section Expert>>select the blank line>>delete
