"Recent Error " on Online Express

Options

We have a “recent error” message on one of our event forms on Online Express. It states “Object reference not set to an instance of an object - Form not delivered”. Our IT team does not know how to fix this and Blackbaud is not answering chat. Any ideas on how to fix this or make it go away?

    @Suzanne Berry - I recommend you take a look at KB Article 104764, if you haven't already. If you continue to get this error and are unable to resolve the issue loop your BB Account Rep and Customer Success Manager into the conversation - make sure to include the Case Number from your recent conversation with Support; they should be able to help escalate the case.
