is there way to cross reference which 2013 participants have not registrered in 2014 ?

If they are separate TeamRaisers, then each year will have a different TeamRaiser Participant group. You can use query to tell which are in one group, but not in the other.

No. Your 2013 TR will have a group for each participant type, and your 2014 will have a DIFFERENT group for each participant type.

 

 

 

 

Now all you have to do is compare them.

Just target your 2013 participant groups, and use your 2014 participant groups as do-not-send groups.

The screen shot if actually from the Constituent360 > Groups tab. Just expand All Groups in the Groups List to the left. I believe these are built-in and automatically created.
