Donation Form Integration with RENXT

Hi all, we have been looking for a way to create donation forms on LO that will seamlessly work with RENXT. Can someone point us in the right direction?

Hi Grayson,

We have both Luminate and NXT/RE. All of our donation forms are in Luminate. I use the RELO connector in database view for all gifts processed through Luminate. We batch directly from RELO. I do not use NXT for any of our gift processing.

@Grayson Noble We use Import Omatic without the LO connector. We couldn't use the default setup with the connector since it can't handle the volume of gifts that we have on a daily basis. We had our managed services team from LO setup our daily export files from LO and we setup profiles in Import Omatic to import our data into RENXT database view batches.

I have been tossing around the idea of importomatic with our team. Have you had any problems with it at all? Really looking to streamline our processes as they seem too time consuming to me.

I have not had issues with the Import Omatic product from Omatic. I do have an issue with Blackbaud because they put restrictions on the product. Currently they don't allow the product to update all existing data. For example, if I have an email in RENXT and I want to update it to Primary it won't update. Or if I have a specific email in RENXT with Email Type = Email and the IOM profile I am using is for a different email type, instead of updating the Email Type of the existing email it creates a new email entry. Hence, it creates duplicates which is a big issue for us since we import daily from Luminate Online approximately 2,000 transactions.
