Direct Debit (ACH) in Canada Notice

In October 2022, Direct Debit (aka: ACH) was released as a payment method in Blackbaud Checkout. This was inadvertently released for Canadian customers, and this should have not been released without following the appropriate compliance controls. Measures have been taken to address this on a customer-by-customer case, but if you have any concerns, please let Support know and we can make a change on your account. While we are under a code freeze until after the End of Year fundraising time period, we have this fix included in the first full release in January 2023.
