my emails are now showing a white line in the emails

I am unsure if anyone else has been having this issue with the Luminate Online emails, but it has been happening to us recently. Everytime i send out an email from our database, it creates a while line, which turns out to be the tracking code BB uses to track the movement of the emails.

Below is my code for the stationary, css is mostly inline:

I am not if I can hide that via css or not. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue, comes out on my outlook web access, not my outlook client. Hope someone has a solution, thanks

Issue is how it's using the .es-wrapper-color container, which is giving the grey background. Your code currently has two versions of it (around the header and footer, respectively), and S63 is sitting between those with no wrapper at all (giving you the white space). The </v:fill> tags also end with no content inside of them.

I'm guessing your content editor code also starts with…
<table class="es-wrapper" width="100%"
…? Your solution would be to move that wrapper to the template instead. Might also be better to just have that wrapper one time (around the entire email) instead of having it individually around the header/content/footer.

Hey, thanks for the reply. Truly appreciate the answer, my old code use to have the es-wrapper class only once and the body of the email was inside stationary template, but the white line still appeared. I have the original code somewhere on my laptop in a folder. That is when I decided to separate the 2, one for the header and one for the footer while the body of the email lives in it's own world. I still have a copy of the old stationary with old coding and css prior to updating the stationary, I will compare the 2 when I get some down time this week. The issue has been bugging me, no one else really.

I did try your solution of removing the wrapper to just once in the stationary and it didn't work for me. Again, thank you… I will update you on what I discover as i try fixing it over the weekend
