Setting Up PayPal/Venmo Options in OLX

Hi,

I went through the set-up instructions for the above with our Business Office so they could set-up the business paypal account on their side. I did all the instructions on my end with BBMS and OLX and the account is linked, but when I went to test a donation and picked Venmo and I received this error on our giving page. Does anyone know why? I also went back to our Business Office and talked showed them and they hadn't completed setting up our operating account on our end that the monies from Paypal would transfer into…could this be why?

@Jennifer Branstrom - The operating account is separate from PayPal, so that is not the issue. I recommend you reach out to support to inquire about the error.
