S-Tag to render participant fundraising goal over certain amount

Is there an S-tag and set of parameters I can use to render conditional content for TeamRaiser participants who set a personal fundraising goal of $500 or more? We're introducing a "Champions Club" to provide extra perks and recognition to folks who raise $500 or more for our walk/run event. Would like to be able to message those who set a goal of this amount or higher in different ways than someone who set a goal of, say, $50.

 

Also, can anyone tell me how to write the code snippet using the S-48 tag parameters below?

 

• if-dollars-gt
  
  If dollars raised are greater than the param return TRUE.

• if-dollars-lt
  
  If dollars raised are less than the param return TRUE.

For example, if-dollars-gt $500, then XXXXX; if-dollars-lt $500, YYYYY
