Understanding Limit Capacity Option on OnlineExpress for Events

Good morning,

We created several new family gathering events and put a limit capacity to 30 people on each. In the capacity message line, we said, This event has reached its capacity. Please select a different date.

The problem we see with this is a parent registered last night, even though we set the capacity and put in that message so essentially this doesn't stop them from registering.

So, I am unsure what the purpose is for capacity limit?

@Jennifer Branstrom - Unfortunately, OLX event forms can only support setting capacity for the entire form, not by registration type/date. In the future, you may need to monitor the form and remove options as they become “full”.
