Donation notifications at the form (not Campaign) level

Hi all,

I know that email notifications for donation forms are set at the Campaign level currently. Has anyone had experience creating a custom solution to allow this to happen at the form level? We don't have a pressing need, rather a repeated request from several fundraising staff to provide this as an added benefit.

@Erik Domingo I should clarify the obvious that the notifications are not to the donor, e.g. ARs.
