Parents block issues/questions

If you click the block settings button on the Parents block, nothing happens.

Also: can we add date of birth to the Parents block? In the event of a big crowd, we can foresee a traffic jam at the sign-in kiosk where the visitor's licenses are scanned. Staff can check visitors in manually if we have their name (as it appears on the license) and DOB beforehand, but in order to do so we would need to collect the parents' DOB and then generate a list of attendees a day (-ish) in advance. Can this be added, pretty please?
