HELP! Event registration is not working today for prospective parents

I just called support and created a ticket. Several prospective parents have called us this morning. They cannot register for one of our tours because they get an error message. I impersonated a parent of candidate and got the same error message while trying to register for a tour. Was something changed this morning? Is anyone else having the same issue?
