Add image to thank you email

How can I add an image to the thank you email confirmation in Online Express please? We want to update our logo. I've gone into ‘Edit’ in the donation form and I'm looking under the ‘5 Thank yous’ tab and in the ‘Edit the email to send’ section. I've tried Ctrl+c the image and then Ctrl+v as I couldn't see a button to insert an image but nothing happens. Am I missing something here?

Any tips or advice please?

@Vanessa Wong, I don't believe it is possible to add an image to the thank-you email at this time! You might vote for the idea in the Idea Bank here.

@Faith Murray Thank you for your response. This is very disappointing as we were able to add our logo before so this must have been an option before. I have voted for this in the Idea Bank. Blackbaud, please implement this!

@Vanessa Wong you're not imagining it - when we first started using OLX, we were able to insert our email footer as an image to the OLX thank you messages. At some point it got deleted, and since then we've never been able to add an image, which is really frustrating.

If you are open to an alternative, NXT donation forms has the capability to add photos into the confirmation email message.

@Austen Brown thanks for the info. We've not looked at NXT Donation forms yet - I think they've only just been made available for us in the UK. I'll find out more.
