Search Window Minimized Instead of Opened

Hello Everyone!

Has anyone addressed/resolved this issue? When you click on a transaction on the left panel, it shows the transaction information on the right panel. If it is not linked to a constituent, you have the ability to search for a match by clicking on the “Find Constituent” button. When I click on that button, the search window is minimized (it's just a bar with the line, square and X icons). There are times I try to drag the window to resize it, and it crashes the whole RE system. BB can't seem to fix (or understand) it. They are offering NXT as an option but that is not a solution though. Thank you.

    I had a similar issue when using the search function to match a constituent in RELO on my Mac. It didn't happen using my PC at work. Blackbaud's solution was to revert to an earlier version of Citrix. I reverted back to this January and that seemed to fix it—for now.

    Thank you, Melanie. We did that last March. It worked too, but we kept getting messages to update Citrix. We might need to go back to January's version also. Hopefully they fix the problem.
