The current editor doesn't have this functionality and it would be not be a lot to include in my opinion:

Basically we want another “field” or question on the new editor for “Preview Text” for us to enter some text. This text should be enclosed in a DIV element that has display:none and visibility:hidden (actually display:none should be enough but not sure if other email client needs the other styles to NOT show the text when the email is actual opened.) Then this DIV element is placed ABOVE/BEFORE the stationary code.

The stationary code does work and seems to correctly places the Drag and Drop Editor's content into the STAG area. Stationary code with header and footer appears to be working as well. We just need to make sure the new LO editor can place preview text OUTSIDE (ABOVE) the stationary.
