Updates:

  • Found out from another EAP participant that adding an Emoji to the Subject works in our new experience, using the same method that is recommended for Classic LO! Here is the link on how to do it https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/67554
  • We shared the planned feature releases expected in the next few months during the call, so please take a moment to look at that when you can.
  • No task assignment this week, but please keep testing and using the new experience. If you feel inclined, try out using a Stationery that you have used in Classic in our new experience to see if it works!
  • I have updated our EAP Sync to be Bi-weekly for the rest of the EAP. All of you should have received the update.
