The transaction list from BBMS includes a security code column. We used this with the current mobile pay device to see what the transaction was related to. The new devices do not seem to record the security code. It is important that this be included on the transaction list for the new devices. Hopefully this can be done before we go live.

    At our golf event, I used the ‘comment’ field on the device to enter a note regarding what the transaction was relating to (eg. Fund-a-Need, Auction, Raffle). This field appears in the BBMS transaction list so makes it easy to reconcile.

    The issue is that we would have to type something in for each transaction. When we have a line of attendees wanting to purchase mulligans, it makes it easier if the device name appears on the transaction list automatically. This makes the processing of purchases faster for us.
