Online Express step#1 issue

I am trying to use Online Express in DB view to create an online donation form. And I got a Form Guide for Online Express and am following the steps in the Guide.

However, I encountered issue at just Step#1. The Guide askes me to enter my credential under Config-->General for Blackbaud Merchant Account. Even though we have Blackbaud Merchant Account set up already, I saw no prompt for me to enter my credential under Config-->General as shown in the Guide. My under Config-->General screen looks different from the one in the Guide. Basically I didn't get the prompt for entering User ID and password. It's just blank there. Please see the screenshot attached. And because of that, Online Express' first step doesn't allow me move forward."

I got stuck here and couldn't move forward at Step#1. Anyone know what happened here?

    Hi @Lei Wang - Are you logged into a user account that has Supervisor Rights or are you logged into the ‘Supervisor’ user account? If it is the former, you need to do the latter in order to update anything related to BBMS/BBPS within Database View.

  • @Austen Brown You are right. I am trying to figure out how to log into BB as Supervisor right now. Do you have any tips or previous posts on this subject to share? Thanks. Lei
