Providing password reset link to parents on BBID?

Almost all my parents have made the switch to BBID now. The issue is they can't find password reset link. If you click on

You get to the old reset page. When you enter email and ask for password it tells you to contact admin instead of linking you to Blackbaud - Forgot password?. Is there a way to fix this?

I modified the text of the Help link on the sign-in screen, modified the text of the Help page, and disabled the username/password request feature (because it doesn't work with BB-ID).

The Help text includes a link to a Google Doc with instructions and screenshots for password resets.

We use a different service for Admission and enrollment. Many parents try to use the wrong site to complete enrollment and contracts, so I have info to direct them to the correct site.

To change the sign-in screen:

• Core > Security > Authentication settings
  • Help link is enabled
  • Allow users to request username/password is disabled
  • Modify the text for the Help link
  • Modify the text for the username prompt

To change the text of the Help screen:

• Core > Settings > Custom labels & text
• go to the Custom text/messages tab
• set the category to Sign In and click View
• Edit the Sign In Help/Request Login Instructions
