Hi everyone,

For the remainder of the program let's try to limit emails and utilize the community. You guys have had some great questions that I'm sure others in the group will find valuable as well.

Last week most of you were able to manage your account settings/connect to the organization(s), & set-up your devices.

This week we'd love to get your feedback on processing transactions and viewing your transaction history.

Let's try to get the following transactions with each payment method.

  • Debit cards
  • Credit cards
  • Tap to pay

  • Debit Card works with inserting card and using PIN.

    Credit Card works with Inserting card and using PIN.

    Tap works with Debit Card, does not work with Credit Card.

  • In transaction list, Account type still shows as Visa when a debit card is used. Also Gross Amount and Net Amount are the same value. Fees not deducted from debit card transactions.

  • Making a refund using BBMS for credit card transaction works. Making a refund using BBMS for debit card transaction does not work.

  • Is this an interac transaction? You can confirm that in the mobile app transaction view. We won't be able to support those refunds until later on in the EAP. If it's not an interac transaction let me know.

    Hi Mark!

    Whitney is out this week, but I wanted to follow-up on your feedback that Tap didn't work for CC transactions. I'd like see if you could retry the card, as I was personally able to process a tapped CC transaction. if you continue to have problems, I'd like to get on a brief call to better understand exactly what is happpening.
