More than one merchant service account

I was able to do the install and have access to one merchant service account. I have the rights to two merchant service accounts. How do I get this to show up on the app as a choice?

What organization is missing? I can look into seeing if you have the right entitlements.

We have the ‘University of Winnipeg’ and ‘The University of Winnipeg'. When we set up a form we choose ‘Blackbaud Merchant Services’ for the Foundation Bank Account and ‘Blackbaud Merchant Services - 1’ for the University Bank Account.

Hi John, Thanks. When we go live, will we be able to add the mobile pay to the second environment for other users or is this is something that we will need Blackbaud to help us with?
