NXT Online Express Training

Does anyone know if BB has a training for NXT Online Express? I can only find RE7 training.

Hi @Susan Brand, this page has links to past webinars, and there is a section at the bottom for OLX vs NXT donation forms. (Some features can only be done using NXT donation forms, while others remain a function only of OLX forms, such as pledges.)

Unfortunately BlackbaudU does not have a very flexible search function. You may have some luck with BlackBaud Support's channel on Youtube:

There's a ton of 2-minute videos. Just search Youtube for “Blackbaud Online Express” and you'll find several useful ones.

… and so forth. Was there anything specific you needed training on?

Yes, the community is designed to be peer-to-peer advice, but serendipitously, I had a meeting with some #BBU folks @Luke Pashke and @Ariel Kurland yesterday and asked them about your question.

Elizabeth I am about 50% finished with that group of training and just as Faith Murray mentioned the wonderful YouTube videos. I really find them most helpful for myself. Its nice to have step by step training that you can see and go along with the video. With my position I also inherited a Raisers Edge users guide that has help with learning to build reports.
