Hello everyone!

We have recently released a few updates on the receipting feature. Firstly, PDFs are now secured so that they cannot be easily edited. PDFs now only allow for Printing and Content Copying for Accessibility,

As well as this, the Reissue feature is available. You can find this within the Receipt Series, from the failed emails tab, or from the gift record itself. This feature sends a duplicate receipt to the supporter using the same receipt number. We are exploring the change of label to “send duplicate” to further clarify the use of this feature.

Chris, to see the option for reissue I assume you have to create that receipt for real, because if it's just a test and a number wasn't created, then I can't see the reissue button?

Also when I open the receipt from my email it still has a number on the browser instead of a text like your tax receipt, I hope this can be changed.

Thank you Ana, yes it will need a fully issued receipt for this to be triggered. I have raised the number as the text of the receipt with the team to look at
