-Ability to automatically send a PDF receipt based an online donation entered in Raiser's Edge NXT ‘Donation Form Designer’ or from ‘Gift Management’

    Hi Stephanie,

    We know that the idea place we want to get to will be in the ability to allow for a fully customizable PDF template - but for the short term, we are looking to ensure that the fixed format meet the needs for the Canadian market.

    Likewise, at this moment, we are starting with single receipts and will then look to implement changes to support consolidated receipts. Jarod and I have discussed automated receipting as well and are interested in scenarios that would be supported by automatic receipts so that we can ensure that any feature built will support all the needs.
