Luminate API Help

Hello,

I'm currently having some difficulty connecting to the Luminate online API for one client. I keep getting this error: fns:SESSION_SITE_LIMIT: The number of active sessions for this site is limited to a maximum of 1. However I have repeatedly tried to end any synchronized session that may be active and can see there are no active sessions and still continue to get this error. Not sure how to get any more guidance on API help so posting here for some help!
