How to remove blank line in address block of merged letter

Hi all. When I merge my thank you letters through conditional merge, the address block has blank line for Address Line 2 for donors who have only one Address Line 1. Is there a way to avoid blank lines for addresses with only one address line? Thank you!

Hi Baisa,

Here is a screen shot from our thank you letter. We have some address that have up to three address lines, so we suppress address 2 & 3 if blank.
