Is anyone having problems with the "Other" button on your donation form on your webpage? Although we have it selected on our from creator, it does not let us edit the "Other" button on the website.

    I have spent all morning with them without a fix. Just wanted to see if it is more widespread than just us. Our webmaster created a hack, but this is an issue that needs a complete fix.

    I have sent OLX the “fix” that our web team created in hopes that the problem can be permanently resolved.

    Hi Rebecca. The OLX donation form has many glaring issues and we too have had to get our own team to ‘hack’ it to make things work the way one might expect. Looking at the code underlying the donation form, we have noticed that it has not been updated since 2012 (it notably contains JQuery 1.7 when JQuery 3.6 has been out for some time now). As OLX will be discontinued – from what BB have told us – I would not expect any improvements on that front, alas.
