Linking Crystal Reports to file stored on the Web Transfer Client

I have downloaded Crystal Reports 2016 on my PC and was able to modify an existing report (downloaded from Web Transfer Client to my c:\\drive) that is tied to a Custom Report in RE. Unfortunately, I cannot link the report to a file on the Web Transfer Client, so I am not able to make the updated version available to others to run. Has anyone determined how to make this work? Thanks in advance for any help.

thanks, so far I am able to create or update reports and then upload them to Blackbaud.

I renamed my computer to bbhfs01 and created shared folder(s) my computer.
