year to date recapture report is giving me donors who donated in April 2021?

Wondering how the year-to-date report in webview is configured with regards to date? I pulled the report and it gave me donors who had donated in April 2021

    This is giving you ONLY donors from April 2021, but no other months?

    Some of the donors that came out in the report donated as recaptured actually donated last fiscal, not sure if its the campaign they donated to last fiscal that's causing this or not

    I checked ours and it is showing only those whose Latest Gift is within the current FY. Is revenue type set to Received and all other criteria = All?

    If so, the next step would be to check how your Received revenue is setup.

    Of course, there is always the possibility that Blackbaud devs will have to get involved if all of your settings are good to go.
