We are trying to send out an OLX Email Blast with a link to the donate page and it keeps coming up with an error (bbbox.blackbaudhosting. ) Not sure what we need to do on our end.

    Open a support ticket. I had the same problem 2 weeks ago. It took a while, but they told me it was fixed. I made a new email and sent a test to myself and still got a blank page at bbox.blackbaudhosting.com. I don't trust sending emails through OLX, so I've switched to NXT web view email.
