Hi there! how we can show the HST on the Events form on Online Express. Is this function available or we should have a full amount shown including HST. Can we use promo codes on the Events online form? Also when people registering online through website, does anyone know if there is any credit card fees applied when they are using their credit cards?

    Hi Austen Brown‍, HST is Harmonized Sales Tax. Usually we need to differentitate taxes from the base amount for our members.

    I am not sure how to represent Sales Tax on an OLX Event Form, nor do I know of a way to include a promo code. Any transaction processed through BBMS has a credit card fee applied (percentage + flat fee).

    This all being said… OLX can be customized and you could possibility do this yourself or by utilizing a third party vendor - for instance, some organizations use SmartTHING's Donor Cover to provide donors with the option to cover credit card fees. Check out this thread for more information on this add-on.
