OLX Long Description Error

We are experiencing an error - “Max Length = 60 for Long Description” on our event Online Express form. None of our descriptions are over 60 that I can find. Chat support is busy, I cannot find a helpful article, and I have transactions I need to process. Has anyone experienced this before? And if so, any tips for fixing this?

    Well I've been on chat for almost two hours now and have been transferred twice. And now I'm getting no response at all. So this is a frustrating situation for sure.

    I would recommend you reach out to your Account Rep and Customer Success Rep. They will be able to assist you from inside BB to help escalate your case and get this resolved.
