Canned Reports in RE database view aren't working properly.

Reports that have always worked for me are all of a sudden not pulling gifts correctly. I just noticed this running my month end reports. For instance, some of my recurring gift payments for just a few donors are not showing up and when I run an annual statement report for that donor none of their gifts are showing up. Also, an automated recurring gift that I updated the amount for in the web view processed correctly on 11/1 and shows up on the donor's record properly and also is there in queries I write - but in the canned report it shows up as being the previous amount. Everything is correct except the canned reports. What's up?

    I haven't had to deal with recurring gifts. In reading through this, my initial thought: could any of the filters have been changed from the last time you ran the reports? Perhaps the payment types were adjusted for a different run or the dates? When I have had issues running reports I have found I need to very closely check the filters on all the tabs.

  • I believe there was an issue for all reporting and lists in RE NXT that was just fixed yesterday by Blackbaud. Is your report working now?

  • A lot of my queries and reports got broken recently as an update broke* the “NOT ONE OF” filter in database view. The recommended fix was to only use “ONE OF” and that worked for me.

    *or at least it is not behaving as expected.
